💎 General Care Tips

  • Avoid contact with moisture and chemicals
    Keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. These substances may cause tarnishing, discoloration, or damage.

  • Put on last, take off first
    Always wear your jewellery after applying cosmetics, and remove it before changing clothes, exercising, showering, or sleeping.

  • Store properly when not in use
    Store each piece in a soft pouch or jewellery box, ideally in a dry, cool place. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity, which can dull finishes and weaken materials.

🌿 Cleaning & Polishing

  • Gently wipe after each use
    Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently remove oils and residue after wearing.

  • Deep cleaning (when needed)
    For most pieces, gently clean with lukewarm water and a mild soap using a soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
    Avoid soaking porous gemstones, natural pearls, or any piece with glued settings.

  • No harsh chemicals
    Do not use silver polish, ultrasonic cleaners, or abrasive materials unless the piece is marked as solid sterling silver or gold.

  • Gold-plated / Silver-plated items:
    Handle with extra care to prevent fading of the finish. Wipe gently and avoid rubbing or scrubbing.

  • Natural gemstones:
    These are unique and delicate. Avoid exposure to sunlight for prolonged periods and avoid impact or pressure.

  • Pearls:
    Pearls are especially soft and porous. Always store them separately, avoid perfumes, and never submerge them in water.

When travelling, keep each piece in its own pouch or compartment to avoid scratches, tangles, or impact. Avoid carrying precious pieces loosely in handbags or luggage.
